Villa Palagan handed over

Villa Palagan was handed over to the family this month, fourteen months after the first site visit.

The house sits on a 257 m² plot in Ngaglik and is organised around a double-height void that pulls daylight into the ground floor. The perforated screen on the west elevation was the last element to go up, and it is the one that changed the building most.
