Open studio: building a house in Yogyakarta
An afternoon in the studio for anyone thinking about building. Drawings on the table, costs discussed openly, no sales pitch.
We are opening the studio for an afternoon to anyone considering building a house in the Yogyakarta area.
What happens
Drawings and material samples from Villa Palagan and Villa Areumdaun will be out on the table. We will walk through what each stage actually produces, what it costs, and where budgets usually go wrong.
Bring your certificate or a site photograph if you have one — we are happy to look at a specific plot with you.
Practical
- Free, but places are limited to twelve people so that it stays a conversation rather than a lecture.
- Held in Bahasa Indonesia, with English and Korean available.
- Parking is available in front of the ruko.
